About Bre
Hi, my name is Breanne. I have been practicing yoga for 18 years. I vividly recall my first class —
I was clumsy and couldn’t even touch my toes. Even though I was the worst student in my class at the time, I loved how I felt mentally and physically after class. Over the course of the next year and a half. With each class that I took, my body became healthier from the inside out and I craved to learn more about the yoga practice. I started for the physical benefits but I learned quickly how much it helped my mental health.
In 2008, I took a giant step and embarked upon my first yoga training, but not to become a yoga teacher, but simply to learn as much as I could.
Since then, I have become a full- time instructor, with an emphasis in Hatha and Vinyasa styles of yoga. My teaching style is fun, creative and up-beat class, designed a challenge students while supporting functional strength, mobility and flexibility. I don’t just aim to help hit poses, I focus on guiding them towards sustainable movement that supports every day life.
In the summer of 2024, I began my journey into EMS training. I was exposed to a form of EMS training in physical therapy after I undergoingTwo hip surgeries. During my physical Rehab, I discovered how powerful EMS was in targeting atrophy muscles, rebuilding strength, and restoring movement. It helped me activate areas traditional training couldn’t have reached. That made me realize how essential muscle strength is for joint mobility.
That experience shifted my perspective. It’s not enough to be flexible. You need the strength and the support that mobility. Now, integrate EMS and yoga to help clients create balance, resilient bodies that move with power ease and intention.
When I’m not in the yoga studio, I’m busy chasing my five kids and husband around. I’m an Arizona native and enjoy being outside in the sun, hiking or any other outdoor activities.
